About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing US financial services and revenue-based financing firm upgrading their financial infrastructure. They are hiringtwo detail-driven Senior Bookkeepersto take 100% ownership of daily bookkeeping, high-volume account reconciliations, GL management, and P&L generation within QuickBooks using US GAAP standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Bookkeeping & GAAP:Maintain general ledgers in QuickBooks and manage month-end/year-end closes (journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments).

* High-Volume Reconciliations:Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, loan accounts, and merchant payment gateways.

What Our Client Is Looking For
* 3+ Years Experience:Hands-on mastery of QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop for full-cycle bookkeeping.
