Role overview

You'll keep a UK team's billing accurate and on schedule, issuing invoices and resolving billing queries as they come in.

Key responsibilities
* Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
* Investigate and resolve billing queries and disputes
* Reconcile billing records against payments received
* Maintain accurate billing data in Excel and internal systems
* Report on billing status to the wider finance team
What you'll need
* Experience with Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
* Experience in a billing, invoicing or accounts role
* Strong attention to detail with numbers
* Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
* Confident, clear communication when resolving billing queries
