Title:Appointment Setter
Location:Remote - Global
Salary Range:$1,500 - $2,000 per month (depending on experience)
Work Hours:Friday to Tuesday - Swing shifts between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm CST
Weekend shifts:9am-6pm NON-NEGOTIABLE, only one weekend day, either Saturday or Sunday

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and drivenAppointment Setterto join the remote team. Asthe first point of contact for potential customers, you will handle inbound and outboundcalls, qualify leads, and schedule estimates for the sales team. This role requiresexcellent communication skills, a high level of responsiveness, and the ability tomanage multiple leads efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
●Make outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound inquiries from leads.
●Book estimates for a team of 8–10 sales representatives across Dallas-FortWorth and Waco.
●Engage with leads from Facebook, referrals, Google My Business, and platformslike Angi and HomeAdvisor.
●Respond to social media comments and messages.
●Collaborate closely with internal team members, including Tanya and Sarah.
●Accurately log and update lead information inGo High Level (CRM).
●Maintain a fastspeed to leadto maximize conversion rates.
Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience in sales, call centers, or appointment setting.
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
* High level of reliability, responsiveness, and consistency.
* Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics.
* Adaptable to different communication styles.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and VoIP tools (e.g., OpenPhone,HubSpot, PipeDrive, Go High Level).
* Strong work-from-home setup (quiet environment, fast and stable internetconnection).
