Your goal is simple: call commercial kitchen managers in the U.S., spark their interest, and book in-person meetings for our owners to close. You don’t have to worry about finding your own leads for the first 90 days! And you don’t close sales, we provide the lists, and you provide the energy and persistence to get us on the calendar. If you’re a self-starter who is great on the phone and wants to be part of a fast-moving startup, this is for you.Key Responsibilities:Outbound prospecting – Make calls to potential clients to generate awareness and interest (warm and cold calls)Appointment setting – Book warm meetings for Owners to close (you won’t be closing deals yourself)Lead qualification – Educate prospects on the service and gauge interest enough to warrant an in-person meetingMarket awareness building – Help establish brand awareness for the franchise, which currently has low market recognitionRequired Qualifications & Skills:Demonstrable cold calling outbound experienceProven outbound phone comfort — 50+ calls per day without avoidance or burnoutCoachable and feedback-driven — actively participates in weekly AI script refinementSelf-disciplined remote worker — structures their own day, no hand-holding requiredCRM discipline — logs every call same-day in HubSpot, maintains clean pipelinePersistent but professional — systematic follow-up, handles rejection without going darkEnglish fluency — must be credible and natural on calls with US commercial kitchen buyersComfortable with ambiguity — startup-stage environment, systems still being builtExperience working in kitchen / food service industry (preferred)Experience using HubSpot and Claude AIWillingness to commit to 12+ months in an individual contributor seat.Volume Expectation:50 outbound calls per day, 5 days per week.Optimal calling windows for commercial kitchens:5:30am - 8am EST9am - 11am EST1pm - 5pm ESTWe anticipate to find a “sweet spot” of time through iteration, so this times maybe subject to shift slightly - TBDPaulo and Boston tend to have more early morning communication and in NC, we see more in late morning and after lunch.Meeting target: 5 qualified in-person meetings booked per week, combined across both territoriesPreferred Qualifications & Skills:Recent experience calling B2B buyers — particularly skeptical decision-makers in restaurants, hospitality, healthcare facilities, contractors, home services, or other service-bought-by-busy-operators contexts.Demonstrated coachability — you can engage substantively with feedback rather than reflecting it back as agreement.Bilingual English / Spanish is beneficialComfortable with structured technology and AI tools — not just CRM experience, but genuine willingness to learn new platforms as we build them.Preferred Buyer Context:Target buyers are commercial kitchen decision makers across independent restaurants, multi-unit franchises, and institutions (hospitals, universities, corporate cafeterias)Key Points about the Role:No self-sourcing leads for first 90 days (provided with lead lists)Will receive AI-powered guidance and feedback on callsExpected to handle ~5 weekly appointments once ramped upSuccess Metrics:Number of booked meetingsCall quality and engagementBehavioral indicators (assertiveness, hustle) within 30 days
