This is a high-impact, "builder" role where you will design and implement the company's internal automation roadmap from the ground up, turning manual workflows into hyper-efficient AI engines. You aren't just managing tools; you are our internal pioneer, uncovering hidden inefficiencies, integrating cutting-edge AI technologies, and transforming how our teams operate every single day. * Support existing team members by introducing AI-powered workflows rather than simply adding headcount.
* Work directly with the current Video Editor to improve content quality and production speed through AI video editing tools and workflows.
* Rapidly execute special projects using modern AI solutions, such as creating websites, landing pages, automations, and internal systems.
* Continuously evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to streamline operations as the company scales.
Required Skills & Experience:

* Demonstrated ability to rapidly build and deploy functional websites, landing pages, and internal portals using modern AI-driven web builders (e.g., Framer, Webflow, Relume).
* Practical experience using AI-powered video editing and content creation tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, HeyGen, ElevenLabs) to streamline media production.
* Strong background in business process mapping—identifying manual bottlenecks and translating them into automated, scalable solutions.
* A track record as a "builder" or solo operator who can rapidly prototype, test, and deploy technical projects from scratch.
* Execute high-priority special projects on short notice, utilizing AI web builders to launch landing pages, funnels, and internal portals.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience working within drone, eVTOL, aerospace, or high-value B2B sales operations.
