Scale With Clones is an AI software company that helps businesses create high-performing advertising content using AI-generated avatars and digital clones. Instead of requiring businesses to film content themselves, the platform enables users to rapidly produce professional video advertisements using proprietary AI technology.

The company has recently launched a new "Done-For-You" creative service, where clients no longer need to operate the software themselves. Instead, Scale With Clones handles the creative production process, delivering finished ad creatives built within the platform. This role sits at the center of that new offering. You'll work directly alongside the founder, helping clients transform creative ideas into polished AI-generated advertisements while becoming one of the first hires responsible for building and scaling this service.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an exceptionally capable operator to step into the role of Ad Creative Specialist. This is not a traditional video editing position; you won't be spending your day inside Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve creating complex edits from scratch.

Instead, you'll become an expert in Scale With Clones' proprietary software platform. Your job is to work directly with clients, understand their needs, generate AI-powered advertising creatives using the platform, quality check every deliverable, and ensure clients receive polished, high-converting creative assets quickly. Think of this role as a unique blend of Client Success, Creative Operations, AI Content Production, and Account Management. You'll become the primary point of contact for clients on all creative execution while the founder remains focused on advertising strategy and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage Client Creative Requests:Own communication around creative production. This includes responding to client questions through Slack, understanding creative requests, clarifying project requirements, managing timelines, and keeping clients updated throughout production.
* Produce AI Video Advertisements:Use the proprietary platform to generate AI video advertisements and multiple creative variations. Review outputs for quality, ensure messaging, visuals, and pacing look professional, and make revisions when needed before delivery.
* Quality Control:Maintain a high standard for every video leaving the business by spotting visual issues, poor pacing, weak creative elements, AI generation mistakes, formatting inconsistencies, and client-specific preferences.
* Build SOPs and Operational Systems:As you learn the workflows, document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client onboarding processes, creative production workflows, and quality assurance checklists to help build the operational foundation for the growing agency.
* Manage Client Portfolios:Initially work closely with the founder, with the long-term goal of independently managing your own roster of clients from initial request through final delivery.
What We’re Looking For
* Relevant Background:Experience working within creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, paid media teams, video production companies, or creative operations environments. Experience producing advertising creatives is highly preferred.
* Core Skills:Exceptional written English communication, strong organizational abilities, and a high attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
* Technical Adaptability:Comfort learning new proprietary software platforms quickly. No advanced video editing software experience is required, but a strong creative eye is essential.
* Communication & Presence:Professional client communication skills with the ability to manage expectations, answer day-to-day questions, and handle client communication asynchronously via Slack.
* Mindset:A proactive, fast-moving, and resourceful problem solver who thrives under minimal oversight. You should be excited about building systems from scratch rather than just following them.
