Key Responsibilities
* Process high volumes of supplier invoices and credit notes accurately
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
* Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs
* Maintain the accounts payable ledger and filing systems
* Support the finance team during month-end close and audit
Requirements
* 2+ years accounts payable experience
* Proficient in Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
* High attention to detail and good Excel skills
