Salary: R23 000 per month
Remote Recruitment is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to support a UK-based finance team from South Africa. You will make sure suppliers are paid accurately and on time, and that the ledger tells the truth.

Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders.
* Prepare payment runs and resolve queries before they hold things up.
* Reconcile supplier statements and investigate differences.
* Maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
* Liaise with suppliers professionally over payment queries.
* Support month-end close with clean, complete data.
What You Will Need
* Experience with accounts payable, bookkeeping or a similar finance role.
* Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks.
* Solid spreadsheet skills and strong attention to detail.
* Clear written and spoken English.
* A methodical approach to reconciliation work.
Working Hours
* Full-time position.
* Fully remote, based in South Africa.
* 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
