Job Description

* Preparing and updating reports (owner statements, reconciliations, tracking sheets)
* Assisting with transaction-level review and basic data validation
* Coordinating with internal teams (Guest Services, Ops, Owner Services) to gather and confirm information
* Drafting and improving templates for homeowner communication (monthly statements, summaries, explanations)
* Handle a wide variety of administrative and support tasks to keep workflows moving
* Pulling and organizing data across systems (Streamline, Google Sheets)
* Identifying inconsistencies or missing data and flagging for review
* Support the creation of simple visuals or reports (Canva / Google Sheets)
* Helping improve processes and documentation as we scale
* Helping onboard new properties and updating information across systems
* Provide information to the bookkeeper in a timely manner.
* Language requirement:Excellent communication skills (clear written English is critical)
* Education:Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
* Experience:Vacation rental industry experience is strongly preferred
* 3+ Years of previous experience in a similar role (accounting support or reporting) strongly preferred
* Strong business sense and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
* Familiarity with common vacation rental software (Streamline, Breezeway, TopKey) is a plus.
