Account Manager (YouTube Strategy)
We are looking for an experiencedYouTube Account Manager / Strategistto lead the growth and performance of YouTube channels through data-driven content strategy, audience development, and channel optimization. This role goes beyond video production—you'll be responsible for building and executing YouTube growth strategies that increase views, subscribers, watch time, and overall channel performance.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing YouTube channels, understands the YouTube algorithm (including Shorts), and has a proven track record of growing channels through strategic planning, analytics, SEO, and content optimization.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive YouTube growth strategies.
* Manage YouTube channels from content planning through publishing and optimization.
* Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and recommend improvements.
* Conduct keyword research and optimize titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and metadata for SEO.
* Develop content calendars based on audience insights, trends, and business goals.
* Create strategies for both long-form videos and YouTube Shorts.
* Collaborate with editors, designers, scriptwriters, and content creators to ensure content aligns with channel objectives.
* Optimize thumbnails, video packaging, and publishing strategies to improve click-through rates.
* Monitor audience retention, watch time, engagement, and subscriber growth, making data-driven recommendations.
* Stay up to date with YouTube algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
* Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
