About the position:We arehiring an experiencedAccount Manager / Marketing Manager hybridto own the day-to-day execution across a portfolio of digital marketing clients.

This is not a traditional Account Manager role where responsibilities are limited to client communication. Instead, this person will sit at the center of each account—coordinating internal teams, driving deliverables, monitoring campaign performance, communicating with clients, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The founders will continue leading high-level strategy and business development, while this individual becomes the operational engine behind successful client delivery.

The ideal candidate has previously worked inside a digital marketing or performance marketing agency and understands how to independently move client accounts forward without constant direction.

What you'll own:You will become the primary day-to-day owner for approximately5 client accounts, ensuring every project moves efficiently from strategy through execution.

Performance Marketing Support:You'll need to be comfortable working inside modern marketing platforms, including:

Ideal Background

We're looking for someone who has experience working in a performance marketing agency or digital marketing environment where they've managed multiple client relationships simultaneously.

Ideal experience includes:
* 3–6+ years in Account Management, Marketing Management, or Client Success
