Job Title:ABA Credentialing & Contracting SpecialistWorking Hours:M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ESTSalary Range:$2,000-$3,000 (final offer depends on the client based on your skills and experience)
About the CompanyProvides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children diagnosed with autism across Indiana and New Jersey.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced ABA Credentialing & Contracting Specialist to independently own two critical functions:Credentialing of BCBAs and RBTsInsurance contracting for new state expansionsKey ResponsibilitiesABA Credentialing
* Credential and recredential BCBAs
* Credential RBTs/Behavior Technicians when required by a payer or state
* Maintain CAQH profiles and provider documentation
* Track applications, and FOLLOW UP with payers until approval
* Manage provider renewals and updates
ABA New State Contracting
* Research payer participation opportunities
* Submit and manage contracting applications
* Track contracts through execution
* Maintain organized contracting records and timelines
Required Qualifications
* EXTENSIVE hands-on ABA credentialing experience with BCBAs and RBTs
* EXTENSIVE hands-on ABA insurance contracting experience
* Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
