We operate a dual-model agency: scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands ($1M–$3M+ annual revenue) through paid ads, email, SMS, and web optimization, while simultaneously building revenue ecosystems for digital creators.

Position Overview

We are seeking a versatileSenior Graphic & Web Designerto work across both sides of our business. You will partner closely with our Creative Director (a senior brand strategist), stepping in as the operational design lead when the Director is focused on high-level strategy.

This is an execution-focused,non-client-facing role(though you may listen in on client intake calls to absorb brand nuance). You will produce static ad creatives, email/SMS design assets, web/Shopify UI layouts, and occasional print collateral, ensuring absolute visual alignment across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce & DTC Marketing Design
* Performance Ad Creatives:Design high-converting static ad assets for Meta, Google, and digital channels (stat banners, comparison charts, press quotes, social proof graphics).
* Web & E-Commerce UI:Design clean, high-converting landing page layouts, product page elements, and web assets for Shopify stores.
* Email & SMS Assets:Design visual templates and banners for Klaviyo email campaigns and SMS flows.

2. Creator Brand Collateral & Print Support
* Digital Products & Assets:Design lead magnets, PDF guides, slide decks, and digital product assets for creator brands.
* Print & Packaging Collateral:Supplement digital work with print-ready collateral, product packaging inserts, and brand identity guides when required.
* Creative Director Support:Step in to maintain visual standards, align brand assets, and keep creative workflows moving smoothly when the Creative Director is unavailable.

Candidate Qualifications
* Experience:4+ years of professional graphic and web design experience within a digital agency, e-commerce brand, or creative studio.
* Core Design Stack:Expert command ofFigma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
* Dual Design Expertise:Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in bothdigital/web UI layoutandstatic performance marketing/print design.
* E-Commerce Context:Direct experience designing for Shopify, DTC brands, performance marketing, and email marketing frameworks.
