Opportunity Overview

We are looking for an analytical, highly technicalAI & Data Reporting Specialistwho operates like a blend between a data engineer, a management consultant, and a visual storybuilder.

In this role, you will go into the "data lab"—taking raw, complex organizational data, feeding it into advanced AI models (specificallyClaude), and transforming the output into hyper-polished, executive-ready presentation decks and financial/operational reports for leadership to present to enterprise clients.

You will not be required to present to clients initially; your focus is raw execution—cleaning complex data sets, prompting AI engines, maintaining data accuracy, and crafting visually stunning, institutional-grade PowerPoint/Google Slides decks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Claude Master Data Integration & Prompt Architecture
* AI & Claude Mastery:LeverageClaudeand advanced prompt engineering to synthesize master data sets, extract high-level insights, and generate structured report outlines.
* Process & Skill Optimization:Own, refine, and upgrade our internal AI prompts, data skills, and custom reporting workflows to continuously elevate quality and speed.

2. Visual Storytelling & Deck Building
* Executive Presentation Design:Build detailed, highly aesthetic, client-ready presentation decks based on internal templates and brand guidelines.
* Data Visualization:Translate raw metrics, charts, and AI-driven analyses into clean, easy-to-read, visual slide decks.
* Precision QA:Conduct rigorous quality audits on all data points, formulas, and slide formatting to guarantee 100% accuracy before leadership presentations.

3. Data Infrastructure & Continuous Improvement
* Data Cleanliness:Organize, clean, and structure raw data inputs coming from various operational platforms.
* System Enhancements:Identify technical gaps in how data is processed, proposing systemic upgrades to make internal reporting faster and more robust.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
* Professional Background:3+ years in data analytics, management consulting (e.g., Big 4 / Deloitte-style rigor), quantitative finance, or data engineering.
* Advanced AI Skillset:Power user ofClaude, ChatGPT, and LLM frameworks for data analysis and document generation.
* Presentation Mastery:World-class skills in PowerPoint / Google Slides—able to make complex data look elegant, clean, and professional.
