Role:Property Accountant

Type:Full-time (Contractor, Remote – LATAM or Asia)

Schedule:9:00 AM – 5:30 PM U.S. PST

Core Responsibilities
* Financial Oversight & Month-End:Manage financial reporting for an assigned portfolio of 45–50 multifamily properties. Perform month-end close tasks including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and variance explanations. Coordinate with AP/AR to ensure property-level accuracy.

Key Requirements
* Experience:3+ years in accounting, including 1+ years in property accounting (supporting U.S. companies preferred).

* Technical Skills:Strong grasp of financial statements, month-end close procedures, and proactive discrepancy resolution (beyond basic data entry). Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management software preferred.
