Overview
A fast-growing hospitality and services business is seeking a highly organized, proactiveVirtual Assistant (VA)to support day-to-day operations across multiple business lines. The company currently operatestwo boutique hotel properties, adog daycare business with active marketing operations, and is preparing to launch an additional hotel.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth communication, operational consistency, and administrative efficiency across all entities. You will work directly with the owner tostreamline workflows, coordinate teams, and build scalable systems.
This is not a passive support role β the ideal candidate isdetail-oriented, systems-minded, and capable of operating independently across multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
* Manage and prioritize inboxes across multiple businesses
