Video Editor: YouTube Growth Agency (Remote – LATAM & South Africa)

The Opportunity

We are a full-service YouTube content production agency. We manage YouTube channels for coaches, consultants, info product businesses, and agencies running seven-figure online businesses. We handle everything end-to-end: strategy, packaging, scripting, production management, editing, optimization, and publishing.

We are hiring a full-timeVideo Editorto own post-production across multiple client channels. You are the person who turns raw footage into videos that hold attention, build trust, and make the creator look like the authority they are. You own the edit from the moment raw files land in your inbox to the moment the final export is ready to publish.

What You’ll Be Doing

The core of this role is editing long-form YouTube content (10–25 minutes). You will work directly with the founder and the account management team daily.

Your technical scope includes:
* Narrative Editing:Pacing talking-head content with B-roll, text overlays, and multi-camera setups to maintain high retention.
* Sound Design & Mixing:Polishing audio, music selection/leveling, and impactful SFX.
* Color Grading:Delivering consistent, professional grading matched to the creator’s brand.
* Motion Graphics:Creating lower thirds, callouts, data visualizations, and transitions. There is no separate motion designer; this is your responsibility.
* Output:Managing a baseline of 12–16 long-form videos per month.
* Bonus:Experience with vertical YouTube Shorts or Meta video ads is a significant "nice to have."
