The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, self-startingVideo Editor & Content Strategistto transform raw production footage into high-impact visual stories. This is not just a "cut and paste" role; we need someone with the intuition to find the "gold nuggets" within hours of raw content and the technical expertise to polish them into professional deliverables.

As we scale our video production, you will be the primary filter for our content, identifying the best moments from testimonials, behind-the-scenes operations, and high-end video shoots. You will be responsible for the end-to-end post-production process, ensuring every clip aligns with our business goals and brand standards.

Primary Responsibilities
* Footage Synthesis:Review 6+ hours of raw footage per project to identify high-value content, key messaging, and opportunities for social engagement.
* Full Post-Production:Handle all aspects of editing, including assembly, pacing, and high-levelcolor correction.
* Strategic Tagging:Flag specific content that aligns with business objectives and suggest creative ways to utilize clips across different platforms.
* Operational Storytelling:Edit diverse content types, from professional client testimonials to detailed operational footage showing the "ins and outs" of our service delivery.
* Deliverable Management:Proactively manage timelines and provide a consistent stream of ready-to-use assets for marketing and social teams.

Requirements
* Technical Proficiency:Expert-level experience inAdobe Premiere ProorFinal Cut Pro.
* Hardware/Infrastructure:You must have a high-powered workstation and high-speed internet capable of handling and uploading multiple-terabyte video files.
* Autonomy & Discretion:You are a "context clues" expert. You can read between the lines, understand the business’s overarching goals, and make independent creative decisions without constant hand-holding.
* Attention to Detail:Deep experience in color grading and audio syncing to ensure a premium final product.
* Efficiency:Ability to navigate large volumes of raw data to find the most impactful segments quickly.

* Social & Paid Ads Expertise:Experience creating content specifically for high-conversion social ads.
* Analytics Mindset:An understanding of Click-Through Rates (CTR) and video analytics to help shape future content strategy.
