This role is critical in producing engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and affiliate shop platforms. You’ll be working closely with a Creative Director and content team to turn raw ideas and user-generated content into polished, high-performing videos that drive audience engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Edit TikTok shop user-generated content (UGC) and marketing videos at scale (60–100 short videos daily).
* Create high-quality short-form content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms.
* LeverageAI video editing toolsto streamline production and enhance creativity.
* Follow establishedstandard operating procedures (SOPs)to ensure consistency and efficiency.
* Collaborate with creators and the internal team on creative direction, feedback, and iteration.
* Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and apply best practices in video storytelling.

Must-Have Qualifications
