We are looking for a full-time, remoteReal Estate Acquisition Sales Specialist. The company currently operates with a global team of four independent contractors and is looking to expand its sales efforts by focusing on both inbound lead conversion and outbound outreach.

The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional with a strong understanding ofUS culture—preferably an expat or someone who has lived in the States—to ensure a seamless fit with the client base.

Key Responsibilities
* Primary Function: Real estate wholesaling—acquiring off-market properties fromUS sellers.
* Lead Generation:Conduct outbound sales calls and email outreach to generate new business.
* Lead Conversion:Nurture and convert inbound leads through relationship building.
* Client Management:Actively listen to client needs to provide tailored solutions.
* Performance:Consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

Hard Skills
* Experience:2+ years of proven sales experience (Real Estate or similar industry preferred).
* Communication:Exceptional English proficiency (native or near-native accent required).
* Tech Stack:Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales tools.
* Ability to speak Spanish is a bonus
* Must have direct exposure to theUS market
