TikTok Live Streamer

Location:Remote

Live Stream Hours: Approx. 7pm – 10pm EST with preparation time beforehand

Salary:$1000 Base + Commission (15–20% of sales, with the expectation that the candidate could potentially sell $5,000 – $10,000 per month, resulting in approximately $750 – $2,000 in commission. We have had immense sales success in previous live host sessions.)

Mission & Impact

The Social Media Live Streaming Host plays a key role in driving revenue and increasing brand visibility. This position serves as the public face of the brand during live social media sessions, showcasing skincare products, educating viewers on their benefits, and converting audience engagement into sales. The role requires strong product knowledge, high energy, and the ability to create entertaining and informative live content that builds trust with viewers.

Key Responsibilities
* Host engaging live streams primarily on TikTok to showcase and sell skincare products.
* Research and become highly knowledgeable about the company’s skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage, in order to educate viewers accurately and authentically during live sessions.
* Manage the full TikTok live streaming process, including setting up live sessions, pinning products, creating discounts, and interacting with viewers in real time.
* Use TikTok features such as shopping links, polls, and Q&A tools to increase engagement and drive conversions.
* Develop and execute a live streaming content strategy, hosting streams approximately 3–4 hours per day, five days per week.
* Create promotional content such as short videos, teasers, and social posts to drive attendance to upcoming live sessions.
* Actively interact with viewers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and promoting product offers during live events.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote live streams across social media platforms.
* Track, analyze, and report on live stream performance metrics in order to continuously improve results.
* Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers and affiliates to support cross-promotion and increase reach.
Qualifications

Must Have
* Proven experience with live streaming, preferably on TikTok.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with a clear speaking voice and engaging on-camera presence.
* Ability to quickly learn and confidently explain skincare products, ingredients, and benefits.
* Comfortable using technology, live-streaming software, and mobile platforms.
* Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining consistent live streaming schedules.
Nice to Have
* 1–2 years of experience in live streaming, social media, or e-commerce.
* Experience in skincare, beauty, or personal care industries.
* Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and e-commerce trends.
* Experience growing and engaging an online audience.

Candidates should be based in South Africa, Latin America, or the Philippines.
