Thumbnail Artist / Graphic Designer (YouTube Specialist)
The Opportunity
We are a specialized YouTube content agency serving high-ticket businesses and 7-figure creators. Unlike traditional agencies, we focus exclusively on high-performance long-form video strategy and production.
We are seeking a high-outputThumbnail Artistto join our production team. You aren’t just "making a picture"—you are responsible for the most important part of the YouTube funnel: the click. You will work alongside our video editors and account managers to ensure every video we publish has an elite, high-converting visual wrapper.
The Role (Mission)
Your mission is to create 12–16 high-click-through-rate (CTR) thumbnails per month. You must be able to translate complex business topics into simple, curiosity-driven visuals that stop the scroll.
Core Responsibilities:
* Elite Visual Design:Design custom, high-converting thumbnails usingPhotoshoporCanva.
* High-Volume Output:Maintain a consistent pace of at least3 thumbnails per week, ensuring all assets are delivered alongside the final video edit.
* Attention to Detail:We have a zero-tolerance policy for typos. You must haveperfect spellingand an eagle eye for detail in every graphic, text overlay, and callout.
* Brand Alignment:Maintain visual consistency across multiple 7-figure client channels, ensuring each creator looks like a leading authority in their niche.
* Collaboration:Work with the strategy team to refine "packaging" (the combination of title and thumbnail) based on niche research and competitive analysis.
Who You Are
* The YouTube Eye:You study YouTube packaging. You understand the psychology of color, facial expressions, and "The Rule of Thirds" as they apply to CTR.
* Technical Pro:You are highly proficient in Photoshop (preferred) or Canva. You know how to cut out subjects, color-grade faces for impact, and make text pop on any background.
* High-Agency & Fast:You don’t need to be micromanaged. You see a video topic, understand the "hook," and execute a design that fits.
* Critically Minded:You understand the online education and coaching world. You know what a high-ticket audience expects to see.
Qualifications & Requirements
