Responsibilities:

* Talent Sourcing
* Proactively source and engage tech professionals in the US (e.g., developers, engineers, product managers).
* Utilise platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards to attract passive and active candidates.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

* Process Management & Communication:
* Schedule and facilitate interviews across time zones.
* Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system.
* Communicate professionally and promptly with both clients and candidates.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum2 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for those withUS marketexposure.
* Proven track record in either 180 recruitment – preferably within the tech sector.
* Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with international teams.
* Access to alaptopandreliable high-speed internetis essential.
