Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capableStrategic Assistantto support a founder and executive whose work centers around high-level thinking, writing, and relationship-building.
This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support. The Strategic Assistant acts as agatekeeper, strategic partner, and operational filter, ensuring the executive’s time and focus remain aligned with the highest-leverage activities.
The primary objective of this role is toprotect the executive’s focus and prioritieswhile managing communications, commitments, and logistics across both business and personal life.
Success in this role requires strong judgment, proactive thinking, and the confidence tochallenge priorities or redirect focus when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Communication & Priority Management
* Ownfull communications triage, including email, Slack, and inbound inquiries
