The ideal candidate is astrategic, senior-level paid media expertwho has managed$100k+ in monthly ad spendand understands the broader architecture of digital growth. You will not just manage campaigns—you will oversee the entire marketing ecosystem, from ad creative to funnel performance, website conversions, and the long-term impact on SEO.

What You Will Own

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Meta & Google Expertise:Manage full-funnel campaigns acrossGoogle Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)andMeta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). The goal is to scale spend while maintaining or improving ROAS and CPA performance.

Large-Scale Budget Management:Confidently manage and optimizemonthly budgets exceeding $100k.

Continuous Optimization:Lead ongoing A/B testing of creative, messaging, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to remain competitive as platform algorithms evolve.

Ecosystem Integration

Holistic Marketing Perspective:Understand how paid media interacts withSEO, landing page design, and email funnels. Campaigns should be approached as part of a broader marketing ecosystem.

Funnel Optimization:Provide strategic input onwebsite structure, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)to ensure traffic converts effectively.

Attribution & Data Integrity:Maintain accurate reporting and attribution systems to clearly demonstrate how paid media contributes to revenue growth.
