Job Description
Role:Sourcing & Procurement Specialist(with a "hunter mentality" and mandatory cosmetics/raw materials experience e.g., essential oils)We are looking for top talent. Someone who does not wait to be told what to do. A true go-getter with a hunter mentality who takes ownership, moves fast, and delivers results.
Priority Location: South Africa and Eastern Europe
Working Hours: 8a-5p European Hours ( Can be flexible with at least 4 hours of overlap)
Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month

We are looking for an exceptional Sourcing & Procurement Specialist who loves working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment. This is not a back-office role. You will be on the front line: identifying new suppliers, negotiating terms,managing global supply chains, and making sure we always have the best materials at the best terms. You will be the third person on our sourcing & procurement team, so you can really make an impact...but it will also show very clearly if you’re not bringing results to the table.What You Will Do
● Scout and qualify suppliers worldwide - from South America to Southeast Asia, Africa to Europe, you find the best sources before anyone else does.
● Negotiate contracts and pricing - securing the best possible terms while building lasting supplier partnerships.
● Manage end-to-end procurement - from initial RFQ to delivery, including logistics coordination, processing quality checks, and gathering compliance documentation.
● Optimize the supplier portfolio - reducing risk through diversification and continuous performance evaluation.
● Collaborate cross-functionally - working closely with product development, quality, and operations to align sourcing with business needs.
● Actively use AI - no sense doing work AI can do for you
Requirements:
● Minimum 4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
● Proven track record of international sourcing — you have built supplier relationships across multiple continents.
● Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
● Tech-savvy; comfortable with AI, ERP systems and procurement tools.
● Fluent in English; Chinese, German, Bulgarian, Dutch and/or other languages are a strong plus.
● Proactive, resourceful, and relentlessly results-driven.
● Comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial organization where speed matters.
