The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of our organic social media presence across multiple brands. This role focuses on execution, consistency, and performance—ensuring our content is published effectively and contributes to overall marketing goals.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Designer (who creates the content) and our Paid Social Manager, ensuring strong alignment between organic and paid strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
* Manage and maintain social media calendars across 3–4 brands
* Ensure all posts are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
* Monitor engagement and support community interaction where needed
* Identify high-performing organic content and flag opportunities for paid amplification
* Collaborate with the Marketing Designer to ensure content is optimised for each platform
* Maintain consistency in posting cadence and quality across all channels

Requirements
* Proven experience managing organic social media accounts for brands
* Strong understanding of platform best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple brands and content streams simultaneously
Technical Skills:
* Canva Pro expertise (non-negotiable) – all brand kits and templates are managed in Canva
Creative Skills:
* Strong eye for design and brand consistency
* Ability to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand

Working Setup
* Full-time role (minimum 35 hours per week)
* Remote, with preference for South Africa-based candidates for timezone alignment
