Position: Short Form Content Editor

Location: LATAM/SA

Salary: $1800 - $2500

The Role

You will edit all organic short-form video content for the client. Our founder films raw footage in batches, and you turn it into polished, platform-ready videos that post twice daily across five platforms. This is not an ads role -- a separate Ad Creative Editor handles all paid advertising content. This role starts part-time as we scale content volume from 7 to 25-30 videos per week. Based on performance and company needs, this role converts to full-time.

The most important thing you build in this role is a content backlog. A 5-10 week backlog means the company never misses a posting day regardless of filming disruptions, travel, or illness. Every video you edit ahead of schedule adds to that safety net.

What You'll Do

• Edit 25-30 short-form videos per week from raw footage filmed by the founder

• Match PeachFit's established editing style -- tight cuts, clean text overlays, audio that matches video tone

• Add text overlays/captions throughout each video that reinforce key points from the script

• Overlay relevant photos, b-roll, and client testimonial clips to visually support the script

• Maintain and build a content backlog of 5-10 weeks on Google Drive

• Organize all finished content in the correct Google Drive folder structure with proper file naming

• Self-manage your workflow with minimal back-and-forth -- you receive footage and deliver finished content

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. CapCut is our current

standard. Speed matters -- you need to edit quickly without sacrificing quality.

• Experience editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. You understand pacing, text overlays, and what makes someone stop scrolling.

• Strong eye for brand consistency. You can study existing PeachFit content and

replicate the style within the first few weeks.

• Attention to detail. No typos in overlays. No misaligned text. No audio issues. No

CapCut watermarks. What you deliver must be ready to post.

• Self-management and communication. You work asynchronously with a small remote team. You hit deadlines, flag issues proactively, and manage your own workload.

• Reliability and consistency. This role requires daily output. We need someone who

shows up every day and delivers without gaps.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fitness or health content

• Understanding of Instagram/TikTok algorithm behavior and content strategy

• Experience with content scheduling tools (Metricool or similar)

• Familiarity with Google Drive-based team workflows

• Experience posting and managing content across multiple platforms simultaneously
