A fast-growing home services company based in the U.S., specializing in stairlift installations and expanding into the home elevator market. The business has rapidly scaled its revenue and is continuing to invest in marketing as a core growth driver.

The company is now building an internal team to take full ownership of SEO and website performance, replacing agency support.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experiencedSEO & Website Managerto lead organic growth and website optimization efforts. This role requires a strong blend oftechnical SEO expertise, content strategy, and performance optimizationto maximize search visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution
* Manage technical and on-page SEO to improve search rankings
* Develop and execute backlink and link-building strategies
2. Content Management & Optimization
* Create and optimize website content (blogs, landing pages, copy)
* Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and conversion goals
3. Website Performance & UX
* Monitor and improve website performance, speed, and user experience
* Identify and resolve technical issues affecting SEO and usability
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager for integrated strategy
* Align organic and paid efforts for maximum growth
5. Vendor & Task Management
* Outsource SEO or content tasks when necessary
* Maintain high standards across all deliverables

Requirements

Must-Have:
* Proven SEO experience (agency or SMB level)
* Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building

* Ability to create high-quality, strategic content
* Excellent English communication skills
Nice-to-Have:
* Portuguese language skills
