We’re seeking an experiencedTech Recruiterwith a proven 360 background and strong business development expertise to join a dynamic, remote-first recruitment firm working across theUK and European markets. Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the full 360 recruitment process – from business development to candidate placement.
* Proactively identify and develop new client relationships across the UK and Europe tech sectors.
* Source, screen, and engage top-tier tech talent using platforms like JobAdder, LinkedIn, and Lusha.
* Make an average of30 cold calls per dayto build a strong pipeline and generate leads.
* Participate in daily team calls to review metrics and progress.
* Collaborate with a like-minded, driven remote team in a KPI-led environment.
* Maintain accurate records and pipelines within JobAdder CRM.
* Take full ownership of your roles – you source, you place.

Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on 360 and business development.
* Proven success recruiting tech professionals across the UK and Europe– this experience is essential.
* Comfortable working in ahigh-activity, remote environment with structured KPIs.
* Previous use ofJobAdder CRMand sourcing tools likeLusha(or similar).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
* Must have areliable internet connection and personal laptop.
* Available for immediate start.
