Senior Shopify Growth Manager – DTC E-Commerce
Full-Time | Remote (US Time Zone Overlap Required)Salary:$2,500 – $3,000 per month
Overview
We are seeking a highly drivenSenior Shopify Growth Managerto take full ownership of our Shopify revenue and profitability. This hands-on role is focused on building a scalable and efficient growth system across multiple channels, including influencer and affiliate marketing, paid media, email & SMS retention, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
You will be responsible for turning existing channels into predictable, profitable revenue drivers while setting the standard for execution and results.
Your Mission
Scale Shopify revenue profitably by improving acquisition efficiency, increasing conversion, and maximizing customer lifetime value (LTV).
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing (Priority #1)
* Take ownership of current influencer and affiliate programs and scale performance.
* Recruit, manage, and optimize high-quality creators and partners.
* Develop offers, commissions, and incentives to drive real volume and measurable results.
2. Paid Media (Meta, Google & Others)
* Define and execute paid media strategy for maximum profitability.
* Oversee creative production including UGC content, ad creatives, and landing pages.
* Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content creators, and manage external agencies if needed.
* Optimize ad spend based on CAC and profitability rather than vanity metrics.
3. Shopify Growth & CRO
* Improve conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and revenue per visitor.
* Lead CRO initiatives including upsells, cross-sells, bundles, subscriptions, loyalty programs, and high-converting landing pages.
4. Email & SMS Retention
* Turn retention into a significant revenue and profit channel.
* Optimize flows, campaigns, and segmentation to maximize repeat purchase rate and LTV.
5. Channel Coordination & Execution
* Ensure all channels work together in a coherent growth system.
* Maintain consistency in offers, messaging, landing pages, and campaigns.
6. TikTok (Secondary Channel)
* Oversee current TikTok initiatives and evaluate agency performance.
* Integrate TikTok campaigns strategically without dependency.
Success Metrics
* Profitable growth in Shopify revenue.
* Strong improvements in conversion rate and AOV.
* Influencer & affiliate channels become reliable acquisition sources.
* Paid media scales efficiently with controlled CAC.
* Email and SMS channels contribute significantly to overall revenue.
Requirements
* Proven experience scaling a DTC Shopify brand to $2M–$10M+ revenue.
* Deep knowledge of paid media, influencer & affiliate marketing, and CRO.
* Hands-on experience with tools like Rebuy, ShipBob, Nano Banana (AI content), GoaffPro, Recharge, and Shopify admin.
* Ability to think in CAC, LTV, AOV, and contribution margin.
* Hands-on, results-driven mindset – capable of executing across multiple channels.
This role is NOT for candidates who:
* Primarily coordinate agencies without owning results.
* Focus on reporting instead of growth execution.
* Lack direct experience scaling revenue.
* Require a large team to deliver results.
Compensation & Benefits
