Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum4–5 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development
* Demonstrated track record ofconsistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Strong closing skills and the ability to confidently manage the full sales cycle
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a professional phone manner
* Experience working withCRM systems and sales tracking tools
* Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills
* Ability to handle rejection and maintain performance in a target-driven environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly during sales conversations
