Senior Personal Life Manager (PLM) – UK Late-Night Shift

Location:Remote (LATAM candidates)Shift:Monday–Friday, 7 PM – 3 AM UKSalary:$1,800 – $2,500 USD/month base + quarterly bonus (20–30% average)Start:Immediate

About the Role

We’re looking for asenior PLMto lead our UK late-night shift, supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients with high-touch, bespoke service. This is not a standard PLM role – we need someone who cantake ownership of the shift, allocate tasks, solve problems creatively, and maintain impeccable service standards.

While there’s no direct line management initially, you will be thego-to point of contactfor the shift and ensure that client requests are handled efficiently and elegantly.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliverexceptional, high-end client servicevia our in-app chat (WhatsApp-like).
* Take control of the shift: allocate tasks, coordinate requests, and solve problems on the fly.
* Managehigh-volume, urgent requestswith composure and precision.
* Anticipate client needs and provide creative solutions (e.g., sourcing rare items or arranging complex experiences).
* Maintain strong collaboration with other shifts and internal teams.
* Ensureluxury service standardsare consistently met for demanding clients.

Ideal Candidate
* Experience in luxury or hospitalityfor high-net-worth clients.
* Strongleadership skills: able to guide colleagues and take initiative.
* Creative problem-solverwho can think independently without a playbook.
* Proven ability tomultitask under pressureand prioritize effectively.
* Excellentwritten English communication(in-app chat is primary).
* Availability for UK late-night/early-morning hours.
