Role Overview

We are hiring aSenior Growth & Marketing Managerto own marketing end-to-end: strategy, execution, and optimization. This is ahands-on leadership rolewhere you will act as aone-person marketing engine, responsible for everything from creative production and funnel development to lifecycle automation and revenue-driving campaigns.

This is anAI-first role. You will write, design, edit, build, and ship marketing assets including static images, video visuals, ebooks, funnels, offers, social content, email campaigns, and HubSpot workflows.

Leadership will provide high-level direction, but you will define priorities, craft strategies, and execute with strong ownership.

You will work closely with the sales team through HubSpot to ensure tight alignment between marketing activity and revenue outcomes.

What You Will Own

1. Growth Strategy, Funnels, and Revenue Impact
* Design and own marketing funnels that move users from:newsletter subscriber → trial/user → paid software subscriber → premium programs or partnerships
