AI Script Writer (Long-Form Content & Marketing)
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled AI-assisted Script Writer to create compelling long-form content that educates, engages, and converts. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, marketing, and AI—turning ideas, data, and prompts into structured, high-performing scripts.
You will be responsible for producing scripts for videos, webinars, VSLs, podcasts, and educational content that drive audience engagement and support business growth.
The Role (Mission)
Your mission is to transform raw ideas, briefs, and data into clear, engaging, and conversion-driven long-form scripts using AI tools and strong storytelling frameworks.
You will own the scriptwriting process end-to-end—from research and outlining to final delivery—ensuring each piece aligns with brand voice and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Script Development & Writing
* Write high-quality long-form scripts for YouTube, VSLs, webinars, and educational content
* Structure content using proven frameworks (hooks, storytelling, problem-solution, CTA)
* Translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives
AI-Assisted Content Creation
* Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate research, drafting, and iteration
* Prompt effectively to generate high-quality outputs and refine them into polished scripts
* Maintain human tone and quality while leveraging AI for speed and scale
Research & Content Strategy
* Conduct topic research to ensure accuracy, relevance, and depth
* Align scripts with audience pain points and business goals
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure messaging effectiveness
Editing & Optimization
* Edit and refine scripts for clarity, pacing, and engagement
* Optimize scripts for retention, watch time, and conversions
* Continuously improve based on performance feedback
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
* 2–5+ years in scriptwriting, content writing, or copywriting
* Proven experience with long-form content (YouTube, courses, podcasts, VSLs)
AI Proficiency
* Strong experience using AI tools for writing and research
* Ability to prompt, edit, and refine AI-generated content effectively
Writing & Storytelling
* Excellent command of English
* Strong storytelling ability with a focus on engagement and clarity
