This is a high-impact, outward-facing role where you’ll combine sales, partnerships, and community-building to grow adoption within schools.

What You’ll Do

1. Pipeline Development
* Design and execute outbound strategies targeting school leaders, department heads, and EdTech coordinators.
* Build and manage a strong, high-quality pipeline of school partners.
2. Partnership Management
* Own the full partnership lifecycle — from initial outreach to long-term engagement.
* Position programs as a valuable and recurring part of school offerings.
3. Field Engagement
* Represent the company at education conferences, school visits, and industry events.
* Build relationships and generate leads through in-person engagement.
4. Growth & Experimentation
* Collaborate with leadership to test new acquisition channels (e.g., webinars, newsletters, educator communities).
* Continuously optimize conversion from interest to active participation.
5. Customer Insights & Retention
* Gather feedback from educators and partners.
* Share insights to inform product improvements and increase retention.
