Key Responsibilities
* Prepare timely and accurate sales quotes, both simple and complex, aligned with customer needs and company policies.
* Acknowledge and process quotes and queries within designated SLAs.
* Submit deal registrations within 2 hours of request.
* Coordinate logistics, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any related issues.
* Provide proactive support to customers and sales team, including responding to enquiries and forwarding warm leads to account managers.
* Support the Sales Director with order tracking, reporting, and open enquiry management.
* Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system, including customer data, sales activities, recurring billing, and renewal opportunities.
* Generate detailed renewal opportunities for expiring software or hardware orders, including potential revenue and profit data.
* Continuously seek process improvements to streamline sales support operations.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales support, administration, or logistics coordination role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with CRMs and sales tracking tools.
* Able to meet tight deadlines and service level agreements.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
* Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
