About the Role

This is a high-execution, high-volume sales role designed to be the "intellectual and operational engine" behind a rapidly expanding youth development and membership-based sports franchise. We are currently in a high-growth pre-launch phase for a new territory in the US Midwest. While our digital marketing campaigns are generating a massive influx of inbound leads from interested families, we need a disciplined Sales Professional to "run the play" and convert that interest into a thriving community.

You will act as the primary point of contact for the market, owning the entire sales funnel from lead intake to final enrollment. This is not a cold-calling or high-level strategy role; the playbook is established, and the demand is proven. We need a technical closer who can execute a rigorous follow-up cadence with precision, maintaining a professional and enthusiastic brand voice while securing commitments for our premier training programs.

Key Responsibilities
* Inbound Lead Conversion:Contact new leads generated from Meta ads immediately to introduce the Kids United training model.
* Pre-Sale Meetings:Schedule and host 4–5 Pre-Sale Meetings per day (15–30 mins each) via video call to present the program, schedule, and pricing.
* High-Volume Activity:Maintain a disciplined daily cadence of 50–100 touchpoints (calls, SMS follow-ups, and emails) to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
* Closing & Enrollment:Guide parents through the starter package purchase (Uniform, backpack, and discounted membership) and secure class time commitments.
* Multi-Location Support:As the franchise expands, you will eventually manage the sales pipeline for three separate club territories simultaneously.
* Process Discipline:Use RingCentral and structured tracking systems to manage follow-up loops and report daily activity metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

Hard Skills:
* Sales Experience:Minimum 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a high-volume inbound environment.
* Language:Native English Fluency (Required). Clear, confident, and professional phone presence is mandatory to build trust with local U.S. parents.
* Closing Ability:Proven track record of running discovery calls and securing financial commitments on the first or second interaction.
* Tool Stack:Proficiency with RingCentral (or similar VoIP), G-Suite, and CRM/Lead tracking systems.

Soft Skills:
* Disciplined Self-Starter:Ability to manage a heavy lead list and hit daily activity targets without constant hand-holding.
* High Reliability:A "never-miss-a-follow-up" mentality; understanding that speed to lead is critical for conversion.
* Relatability:Ability to build instant rapport with families and speak passionately about child development and youth sports.
* Process-Driven:Comfortable working within a highly structured environment defined by clear KPIs and specific messaging templates.
