Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process from offer to completion.
* Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers to ensure timely and efficient sales transactions.
* Proactively chase documentation, address issues and delays, and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.
* Keep all stakeholders updated with clear, timely reports and updates.
* Maintain accurate, well-documented records of communications and actions taken.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experiencein asales progression or property sales support role.
* Experience working within the UK property market is essential—either directly or supporting UK-based clients.
* Strong understanding of property sales processes, legal documentation, and conveyancing.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating property software or CRM platforms.

* Reliablelaptop or desktop computer(Minimum: Windows Pro, i5 processor, 16GB RAM).
