Sales Progression Administrator
Salary: R25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately maintain property transaction files in line with legal and internal process requirements
* Follow all company workflow processes with precision
* Manage tasks efficiently within agreed service levels and deadlines
* Open new case files and order property searches for purchases
* Conduct transaction chain checks and manage pre-sale files
* Capture and record file closure feedback in the system
* Build strong relationships with solicitors, estate agents, buyers, and sellers
* Provide guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
* Support the Sales Progression team once administrative tasks are complete
* Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
* Represent the company positively in all interactions
* Follow GDPR, confidentiality, and internal escalation processes
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
* Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or office-based customer service role
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confident, professional communication – written and verbal
* Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
* Comfortable using digital systems and CRM tools
* Access to a laptop/PC and reliable high-speed internet connection
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
* Experience in estate agency or conveyancing sectors
* Familiarity with the UK home moving process
* Previous remote working experience
* Customer service or sales-related training
