Job Description

Job Purpose:Convert cold and warm leads into booked intro sessions, memberships, and teacher training enrolments through consultative sales.Act as the first point of contact forour client, creating an outstanding first impression through knowledge, warmth, and professionalism while building trust and rapport with prospective clients.Support revenue growth by representing the studio’s premium positioning, communicating its value and differentiation clearly, and matching each prospect with the offer best suited to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Nurture
* Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and teacher training leads, delivering a polished, warm, and professional brand experience at every interaction. Communicate confidently about Reformer Pilates and the wider fitness & wellness industry.
* Contact and proactively follow up with leads from social media, marketing campaigns, and other channels.
* Manage leads across two core areas: studio memberships and the Reformer Pilates Teacher Training course, including:Memberships (e.g., monthly/annual subscriptions)Introductory offers tailored to first-time clientsSpecial sales offers and discountsClass packs for flexibility and convenienceTeacher Training qualifications

* Coordinate the full lead journey from initial enquiry through to qualified, booked, and converted status, maximizing opportunities.
* Build rapport quickly and tailor conversations to individual needs, goals, and objections.
* Explain the studio’s premium offering and articulate its unique methodology and point of difference in a competitive market.
* Confidently present both the membership offer and the teacher training course, identifying the best fit for each prospect.
* Handle objections around price, time, commitment, and competition with confidence and professionalism.
* Drive founding member sales during the pre-launch period for designated new studios.
* Meet or exceed agreed KPIs, including conversion, outbound activity, enrolment, and revenue targets.

Reporting & Communication
* Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with detailed notes and clear next steps.
* Work closely with marketing, operations, and the business owner to ensure a smooth customer journey.
* Share feedback, insights, and ideas to improve sales performance, messaging, and processes.
* Maintain a strong understanding of all pricing structures, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate options to prospective clients.

KPIs

You will be held to clear, achievable targets including:
* Lead conversion rate – Percentage of cold leads moved to “Qualified” or “Booked” status
* Revenue contribution – Membership sales, offers converted, and teacher training enrolments
* Pre-launch enrolment – Founding member sign-ups during pre-launch for new studios in the designated launch period
