Sales Executive

We serve a diverse range of professionals, including massage therapists, medical spa owners, estheticians, doctors, and physical therapists, as well as large-scale institutions such as hospitals, universities, and municipal governments across the US and Canada.

Who We SeekWe are looking for a high-caliber candidate with elite online and over-the-phone sales skills to join our team as a Sales Executive. As the principal point of contact and relationship manager for both enterprise and boutique customers, you will manage strategic sales initiatives and the full end-to-end sales process.

Once hired, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to master our product line, target markets, and specialized sales methodology.

What You Will DoThis is a unique sales opportunity focused on closing warm and high-intent inbound leads. There is little to no cold outreach, as our marketing channels generate qualified prospects directly.

You will engage with middle-to-bottom-of-funnel customers, consult on product selection, draft accurate quotes, handle objections, and close sales efficiently.

Primary Duties
* Closing inbound leads (70%): Engage and convert warm leads from our online storefront
* Customer service and sales projects (15%): Strategic account management and project-based sales work
* Marketing projects (15%): Initiatives that support and optimize the sales funnel
Key Responsibilities
* Build rapport and trust through strong discovery and a confident, energetic communication style
* Apply best-practice sales techniques to follow up and close leads effectively
* Master the product catalog and SOPs through self-directed learning
* Draft accurate quotes and maintain high-quality written communication
* Achieve revenue targets through inbound follow-ups, outbound calls to past customers, and strategic outreach
* Manage multiple priorities while remaining adaptable to shifting business needs
Qualifications

Minimum:
* Matric or equivalent
* First-language English speaker
* 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative or Account Executive with a proven track record of quoting and closing via phone and online channels
Preferred:
* 5 years of experience in a Sales Executive or similar role
* Experience in e-commerce sales or high-volume customer service environments
Working Hours and Logistics
* Location: Fully remote (work from home)
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM US Central Time (CST)
* South Africa Time:16:30 – 02:30 (Dec–Feb)15:30 – 01:30 (Mar–Nov)
* 16:30 – 02:30 (Dec–Feb)
* 15:30 – 01:30 (Mar–Nov)
