Role: Sales Development Representative

Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon-Fri) EST

About the Role:

The Cold Caller (SDR) is responsible for high-volume outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities. This role is heavily KPI-driven and requires persistence, energy, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct 150–200 outbound calls per day
* Engage prospective clients and introduce services
* Qualify leads and pass opportunities to the sales team
* Track activity and outcomes on a weekly basis
* Follow scripts and processes while maintaining natural conversation quality
Requirements:
* Strong English communication skills (clear, confident phone presence)
* Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
* Ability to meet daily and weekly KPIs
* Resilient and consistent in a repetitive task environment
* Must be consistently available and responsive during working hours
Performance Expectations:
