The business is expanding its online client base and increasing advertising across platforms such as Instagram and Google.
Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be the first point of contact for prospective clients responding to online ads, SEO, instant forms, and referrals. This role focuses on high-volume follow-up, booking initial discounted evaluations, and supporting smooth communication between prospects and the clinical team.
This is awarm-lead onlyrole —no cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Outreach
* Respond to all inbound leads from Instagram ads, Google SEO, Google Ads, website forms, and referrals
* Make 100–150 calls per week (warm leads only)
* Target 50–60% pickup rate and ~60% show-up rate for booked calls
Booking & Conversions
* Schedule evaluations and ensure smooth handoff to the appointment center
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up
* Conduct morning outreach, midday SMS follow-ups, and evening call blocks to align with U.S. working professionals
* Maintain consistent, empathetic communication with prospects
CRM & Communication
* Maintain accurate records in GoHighLevel (CRM)
* Communicate with internal appointment center via Slack
* Make calls using OpenPhone (VOIP)
Hard Skills
* Excellent spoken and written English —cultural communication alignment with U.S. clients is essential
* Experience in sales development, lead qualification, or appointment setting
* Proficiency with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
* Comfortable navigating Slack, VOIP systems, and SMS outreach
* Ability to manage high outbound volume and structured follow-up cycles
