Job Description
About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent, and skilled at building relationships over phone, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
* Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential customers.
* Identify decision-makers and gather relevant information about prospects.
* Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.

* Continuously improve knowledge of company products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.
* Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales outreach platforms.
