Role: Sales Development Representative
Priority Location: Latin America / South Africa
Working Hours: Start at 7:30AM, 40 hour work week (Mon - Fri) EST, flexible working weekends as well
Salary Range: Base salary of $1000 - $1500 USD per month, with uncapped commission(The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

You will be responsible for:
* Cold calling homeowners in the Charleston Tri-County area
* Building long-term relationships (not just quick transactions)
* Setting qualified listing appointments for our in-person agents
* Filling and nurturing a multi-year pipeline
This is a phone-first, conversation-driven role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners
* Build rapport quickly and naturally
* Overcome objections confidently
* Log detailed CRM notes
* Execute consistent follow-up
* Send introduction emails after conversations
* Support multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, Facebook, email) when needed
* Manage your own daily activity and pipeline
* This role requires both energy and discipline.
Appointment Targets:
* Baseline expectation: 1 qualified appointment per day
* Some lead sources may produce more
* Some initiatives focus on long-term pipeline building
Top performers consistently hit contact goals and average at least one qualified appointment daily.
Our U.S.-based inside sales reps have earned $20,000+ in a single month. The opportunity is real.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications & Skills:
You are:
* 2+ years in outbound sales or SDR roles preferred
* Real estate experience is a plus but not required
* Experience with CRM systems and follow-up sequencing required
* Fluent or near-native in English (neutral or minimal accent preferred)
* High energy and relationship-oriented
* Confident on the phone
* Comfortable handling rejection
* Competitive and performance-driven
* Self-managed (no micromanagement needed)
* Professional on Zoom (clean backdrop, strong internet)
