Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive outbound prospecting efforts to engage senior decision-makers across the U.S.
* Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business leads.
* Identify client needs and present tailored staffing and advisory solutions.
* Work closely with recruitment consultants and leadership to align on campaign strategy.
* Maintain accurate records of activity and progress within the CRM.
* Attend team meetings and strategy sessions aligned with U.S. (Austin, Texas) business hours.
* Champion a consultative, value-led sales approach with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum 3–4 years of cold-calling sales experience, ideally in staffing or professional services.
* Mid-senior level SDRs only — must demonstrate maturity, confidence, and excellent communication skills.
* Proven success in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
* Comfortable engaging with U.S.-based senior executives in a professional, consultative manner.
* Fluent in English — both written and spoken.
* Able to work full-time in alignment with U.S. Central Time Zone (Austin, Texas).
* Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer.
* Preferred but not essential: Experience working in the U.S. market or construction industry.
