About the roleWe are hiring a Sales Appointment Setter & Lead Qualifier to manage the front end of our sales process. This role focuses on qualifying inbound leads, conducting initial discovery, and booking high-quality strategy calls for our closing team.
We already have a working lead generation funnel producing 5+ inbound leads per day. Your job is to identify which companies are the best fit, understand their operational pain points, and schedule qualified prospects for deeper consultations. You will be the first human interaction prospects have with the company, helping determine whether there is a strong fit before passing the opportunity to the closing team. This role reports directly to the CEO and founding team and is critical to ensuring our sales pipeline stays high-quality and efficient.
Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
* Review and respond to inbound leads generated through NWAI's marketing funnel
* Conduct initial discovery calls (10–20 minutes) to understand the company's operations, size, and current process challenges
* Identify whether prospects meet NWAI's ideal customer profile (ICP)
* Qualify prospects based on:-company size-operational complexity-automation opportunities-budget readiness-decision-maker involvement
* Book qualified prospects into strategy calls with the CEO or closing team
* Ensure each booked meeting includes clear notes and context so the closer is fully prepared
Pipeline & CRM Management
* Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
* Document qualification notes, company details, and pain points after every interaction
* Track and manage follow-up with leads that require nurturing before booking
* Ensure a high show rate for scheduled calls through confirmation messages and reminders
* Monitor key pipeline metrics including:-booked meetings-show rates-qualification rate-lead response time
Outreach & Follow-Up
* Respond quickly to new inbound leads
* Follow structured call scripts and qualification frameworks
* Send follow-up emails, reminders, and scheduling links
* Re-engage leads who did not initially book
* Maintain professional and persistent communication without being pushy
Market Understanding

Requeriments:
* 1–3 years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, or lead qualification
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport on calls
* Confidence speaking with business owners, operations managers, and decision makers
* Ability to follow a structured discovery and qualification process
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
* Comfort working in a high-volume inbound lead environment
Strong Preference
* Experience working with construction, trades, or blue-collar industries
* Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or consulting environments
* Familiarity with AI, automation, or workflow improvement concepts
* Experience setting appointments for high-value B2B services
