Job Title: Risk & Compliance Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-orientedRisk & Compliance Managerto support and manage ongoing compliance programs within a global operations environment. This role is responsible for ensuring that agents and partners remain compliant with insurance requirements, service agreements, and operational standards.

The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to strengthen internal controls, mitigate risk, and maintain a robust compliance framework across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
* SOC 2 Compliance Support:Assist in SOC 2 certification efforts, including risk assessments, documentation, control implementation, and remediation tracking.
