Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-orientedRisk & Compliance Managerto support and manage ongoing compliance programs within a global operations environment. This role is responsible for ensuring that agents and partners remain compliant with insurance requirements, service agreements, and operational standards.

The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to strengthen internal controls, mitigate risk, and maintain a robust compliance framework across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
* SOC 2 Compliance Support:Assist in SOC 2 certification efforts, including risk assessments, documentation, control implementation, and remediation tracking.

* Compliance Management:Oversee ongoing compliance activities by monitoring adherence to insurance policies, contractual obligations, and operational standards.

* Standards & Policy Implementation:Support the development and maintenance of policies aligned with industry standards such as FIDI, ISO, or similar frameworks.

* Auditing & Reporting:Conduct internal audits, track compliance metrics, and identify gaps or areas for improvement across teams and external partners.

Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience inrisk management, compliance, or audit functions, preferably within themoving, transportation, or logistics industry.
