* Support recruitment consultants by researching candidate profiles and market insights
* Create and maintain accurate records of candidate data and sourcing activity
* Assist in preparing shortlists for various roles across sectors
* Track market trends and gather information on competitor hiring practices
* Communicate with candidates via email or LinkedIn to gauge interest and availability
* Collaborate with the broader team to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes

Qualifications and Experience:
* 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment support, resourcing, or administrative role
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, or job board platforms (beneficial)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
